Our story begins in 2019., when our young and ambitious owner decided to create an oasis for gourmets based on local high quality food. Her philosophy is quite simple – she loves local ingredients and firmly believes that local cuisine is a sustainable way to dive into a new destination.

We are passionate about cooking and sharing the authentic experience of our cuisine which reflects the culture of this incredible island.
